This Checklist contains important information that will help you correctly complete your Registration. Students should consult the 20162017 Registration Guide online for complete details regarding course requirements. Keep this Checklist, your Registration Form, and your
On-Line Confirmation together. Your Registration Form, Registration Checklist, and On-Line Registration Confirmation will be
turned in to your homeroom teacher during the Wednesday, February 3 homeroom.
