Mathematics Notebook and Folder
Grading Rubrics for Ms. Antkiewicz classes
For the entire year, you will be responsible for keeping a Mathematics 5 subject
Notebook or 3 ring Binder and an In Class Folder to maintain you assessed work. This
notebook will contain important work that you complete over the course of the year and will be
used as an organizational and study tool (taking some tests). At the end of every grading
period, I will collect your notebook and grade it as a Project/Journal category of your grade.
The initial grade will be issued at the end of the first week of school. The format for how the
notebook should be set up and the criteria that will be used to grade it are listed below. This
sheet should be placed at the end of your notebook to serve as both a reference and grading
sheet. There will be assigned place for your notebook/binder to keep it in the classroom.
