The bike was last seen two week ago locked up at the bike rack, no suspects identified at this time. CASE NUMBER 326 DATE REPORTED 11/2/2012 INCIDENT Theft II VALUE OF PROPERTY $160.00 SUMMARY Student reported theft of their bicycle from the bike rack at Gilbert Hall. No known suspects at this time. CASE NUMBER 327 DATE REPORTED 11/02/2012 INCIDENT Vehicular Incident VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Student came into Campus Public Safety to report that his vehicle had been struck by another unknown vehicle in L-lot. There are no suspects identified. CASE NUMBER 328 DATE REPORTED 11/03/2012 INCIDENT Alcohol VALUE OF PROPERTY $0.00 SUMMARY Officers responded to a report of underaged drinking in a residence hall. Several students were found in violation. Three non-student guests were also in violation. Alcohol was seized and destroyed. Guests were allowed to stay the night for their safety but directed to vacate the premises in the morning. Referred to Conduct Review Committee. CASE NUMBER 329 DATE REPORTED 11/04/2012 INCIDENT Criminal Mischief III VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety located graffiti on the women’s restroom exterior door at the concessions stand. There are no suspects at this time. CASE NUMBER 330 DATE REPORTED 11/04/2012 INCIDENT Assist Police, Drugs VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Forest Grove Police requested CPS assistance at a traffic stop involving university students. Stop resulted in one student being arrested for felony drug possession and another for a marijuana violation. Information forwarded to Conduct Review Committee. Could not remember which floor. Unable to locate it. CASE NUMBER 332 DATE REPORTED 11/10/2012 INCIDENT Property Damage VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety responded to reports of a broken sink in an academic building. There are no suspects at this time. CASE NUMBER 333 DATE REPORTED 11/12/2012 INCIDENT Vehicular Incident VALUE OF PROPERTY $626.80 SUMMARY Campus Public Safety was notified of damage to a University motor pool vehicle. Damaged occurred while driving, an object hit the left front quarter panel removing paint and causing several dents. Unknown what caused the damage. CASE NUMBER 334 DATE REPORTED 11/12/2012 INCIDENT Theft I VALUE OF PROPERTY $1,567.00 SUMMARY A group of students reported the theft of their personal items (keys, backpacks, wallets, phones) from the Athletic Center. Items had been left unattended in the field house. A group of young boys had been spotted in the area but were not identified and could not be located following discovery of the theft. CASE NUMBER 335 DATE REPORTED 11/9/2012 INCIDENT Lost or Stolen Property VALUE OF PROPERTY $300.00 SUMMARY Faculty member reported that he has lost his Pacific University issued keys. CASE NUMBER 336 DATE REPORTED 11/12/2012 INCIDENT Lost or Stolen Property VALUE OF PROPERTY -$580.00 SUMMARY Campus Public Safety was notified by a staff member that they lost their set of University keys. The keys were later located and returned. Campus Public Safety Monthly Activity Report - NOV 2012 CASE NUMBER 338 DATE REPORTED 11/17/2012 INCIDENT Drugs VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Nonresident student found in an unattended resident room in possession of marijuana and alcohol. Alcohol poured out at the scene, marijuana confiscated. Refer to CRC. CASE NUMBER 339 DATE REPORTED 11/19/2012 INCIDENT Drugs; Tampering With Fire VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety responded to reports of the odor of marijuana in a residential hall. CPS Officers located the room where the odor was coming from and found the room to be unoccupied. CPS Officers also noted a smoke detector that had been tampered with. Later CPS Officers returned to the room where two students admitted to consuming marijuana brownies. Marijuana brownies were seized from the students as evidence and the students were referred to CRC. CASE NUMBER 340 DATE REPORTED 11/20/2012 INCIDENT Drugs VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety Officers responded to reports of the odor of marijuana. A small amount amount of marijuana residue was confiscated. Student referred to CRC for review. CASE NUMBER 341 DATE REPORTED 11/20/2012 INCIDENT Drugs VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety made contact with a student in regards to incident followup. Upon contact CPS located five students smoking marijuana in the room. All students were referred to CRC for review. CASE NUMBER 342 DATE REPORTED 11/19/2012 INCIDENT Theft II VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY A student reported to CPS of a theft of their bicycle. There are no suspects at this time. CASE NUMBER 343 DATE REPORTED 11/25/2012 INCIDENT Suspicious Person(s) VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Building monitor reported two suspicious subjects in the building. Subjects left prior to arrival of officers. Information report only. Campus Public Safety Monthly Activity Report - NOV 2012 CASE NUMBER 344 DATE REPORTED 11/28/2012 INCIDENT Theft II (Recovered) VALUE OF PROPERTY $350.00 SUMMARY Student reported to Campus Public Safety that his bicycle was stolen. Student was borrowing bicycle from faculty member. Faculty member notified by student of his bicycle stolen. Two possible suspects were briefly seen while student was locking bicycle to bike rack. Bike was later located by CPS and recovered. CASE NUMBER 345 DATE REPORTED 11/30/2012 INCIDENT Medical Report VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Unidentified caller reported a male subject, bleeding heavily from his face, walking in the area of Strain Science Center. Caller said that the subject stated he was going to the Health Center. Officers checked the area and could not locate subject. Contacted the Health Center and found student there who had been injured in a fall. Student provided first-aid at the Health Center and waiting for parent who will take him to Tuality Hospital for further treatment. CASE NUMBER 346 DATE REPORTED 11/30/2012 INCIDENT Alcohol VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety located a very intoxicated student in a residence hall. Student was assisted to his room. Referred to conduct review committee.
