Male had injured himself while skateboarding. Medical assistance was refused. CPS escorted him to a friends residence. The shaving cream started from the first floor west hallway between 101 and 102, turning south in the center hallway, then turning east in the east hallway and ending between 138 and 140. No Suspects have been identified. CASE NUMBER 281 DATE REPORTED 10/8/2012 INCIDENT Theft II VALUE OF PROPERTY $440.00 SUMMARY Forest Grove Optometry Clinic reported the theft of several eye-glass frames with an identified suspect. Report forwarded to Forest Grove Police for follow-up. CASE NUMBER 282 DATE REPORTED 10/8/2012 INCIDENT Criminal Trespass, warning/ VALUE OF PROPERTY $0.00 SUMMARY Students informed CPS Officer of potential theft suspect leaving the building. Officers detained the suspect and police responded. Suspect’s person and belongings searched with nothing found. Suspect was issued a Trespass notice and escorted off campus. CPS Officers located two non student males and arrested them for Burglary / Trespass. Suspects turned over to Forest Grove Police. The graffiti was a happy face and a heart. No suspects identified. Male was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment of a suspected alcohol overdose. CASE NUMBER 297 DATE REPORTED 10/15/2012 INCIDENT Suspicious Person(s), Criminal VALUE OF PROPERTY SUMMARY Campus Public Safety received reports from a female student that a suspicious male was following her on campus. CPS was able to locate the suspicious male who was a non-student. CPS has made multiple contacts with the male in the past for the same complaint. Later, police assisted CPS in trespassing the male from all of University property. Police seized a small amount of marijuana and a brownie laced with marijuana from the student. The student was cited by police and referred to the Conduct Review Committee. Student indicated it had been happening every day for the past two weeks. Student reported that she is very fearful of this person. Forest Grove Police were notified. Investigation continues. Student cut their hand on a sharp metal cover plate that was mounted under the desk. First aid was given and the student was advised to see a doctor. A work request was written to fix the hazardous cover plate issue. CPS and Hillsboro Police responded. Boxer Alert transmitted and campus lock down implemented. Suspect was contacted and found to be in possession of a stun gun and not a firearm. Suspect did not commit a crime and was released by police. Campus was returned to normal status without incident. Suspect was conscious and breathing but would not respond to CPS Officer’s questions. CPS Officer requested backup from Tuality Security. CPS Officer unlocked bathroom door to find several used syringes, drugs, and drug paraphernalia. The male was transported to the hospital via ambulance. In addition to this damage the also painted a heart on the pedestal next to the dedication plaque. One side of the fixture was forcibly broken off with damage occurring to the diffuser cover. Unknown how or when the damage occurred.
