Student noticed a white male adult on a bike with her purse heading West down the Marsh fire lane. The student yelled for the suspect to drop her purse, a bystander threw a ladder causing the suspect to crash the bike and drop the purse. CPS officer and bystanders in the area chased the suspect to 21st and Cedar where he got into a blue Honda accord with a female driver and escaped. Suspect not Identified at this time.
