NCCAT Seize the Data Initiative:
Empowering NC Teachers Bit By Bit
The North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching has joined efforts with the Department of Public Instruction to produce a training program that will empower teachers to use the new
and existing data manipulation tools to create more meaningful and powerful experiences in the
classroom. Join the NCCAT Data Specialists to explore the ways that you can immediately use
fun and meaningful formative assessments in your classroom, while growing into a deeper understanding of how Homebase and EVAAS can be powerful tools that you can use to improve your
instruction and get to know your students better.
