College Credit in HS: First Day of Class Checklist for CCHS Adjunct Faculty Log into your Faculty Eaglenet account (using your Kirkwood K number) and check your roster. Do students appear? Great! Please communicate any changes to your Kirkwood contact by the end of the first week of classes. Your roster must be confirmed in order to ensure college credit awarded to your students and billing to your district. No students on roster? Your students need to apply to Kirkwood! www.kirkwood.edu/apply Once this process has occurred, you must send a copy of your roster to your Kirkwood contact to match these names in the application database. It is helpful to include the student’s full name and basic demographic information on your roster in case there are duplicates. OR Share your Kirkwood syllabus with your students. Explain to students this course will be reflected on the official high school transcript as well as the official Kirkwood transcript. As a result, any enrollment changes and final grades must be reported to Kirkwood by the established deadlines. Send a copy of your Kirkwood syllabus to your Kirkwood contact. Review the College Credit in HS website for information related to your course, and resources provided to assist you as an adjunct of Kirkwood Community College. www.kirkwood.edu/earncredit Be sure that all of your concurrent enrollment classes are officially scheduled with your local Kirkwood Center or Office for High School Partnership Programs. Enjoy your semester!
