Dear student,
Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management (PGDHHCM) (New Syllabus).
Theory examination will be held and Viva Examination will be held on student’s Study Centre. The time table
will be declared soon.
As there is a seperate passing for theory and viva exam., student who has failed in viva examination
should only need to appear for Viva Examination.
01. This examination form is for “Repeater students only”. Fresh student need not to fill this examination
form. Examination fees Rs. 250/- per theory paper and Viva Examination + Rs. 100/- for markshet
and postage charges.
02. Payment of fees : Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank
of India or Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank only. Challans are available at any
study centre. Submission of Exam. form May 2015 as per following time table :

After last date of submission of examination form to Regional Office, Study Centres paid Rs. 200/- per day.
03. The student should record (tick marks 3) the subject for which he/she wants to appear. Subjects
cannot be changed. The student will not allowed to appeared without hall ticket and identity
card.
04. After receiving your examination form and fee, the university will allot you Examination Centre and
you will get your hall ticket from your study center or you can download it from university’s website
http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac.
05. Result will be declared on website, if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request
for “verification of marks” by sending application form and necessary fees DD for verification within
15 days of declaration of examination result. “Mark Verification Form” can be fill up online on
university’s website at http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. Fee for marks verification is Rs. 100/- per
course.
