DMLT May 2015 Examination Instructions
Dear student,
The End Examination of Diploma in Medical Lab. Techniques (DMLT) will be held in May 2015.
The time table will be declared soon.
01. This examination form is for “Repeater Student only’’. Fresh student of DMLT need not have to fill
this examination form. Examination fees Rs. 350/- per theory paper and Rs. 450/- per practical
paper & workbook + Rs. 100/- for marksheet and postage charges.
02. As there is a separate passing for theory and practical exam, student who has failed in practical examination
should only need to appear for practical examination.
03. Exam. form should be submitted at your study centre alongwith challan and attested xerox copy
of mark sheet along with the examination form, otherwise your form will not be accepted.
04. Payment of fees : Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank
of India or Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank only. Challans are available at any
study centre. Submission of Exam. form May 2015 as per following time-table :

After last date of submission of examination form to Regional Office, Study Centres paid Rs. 200/- per day.
05. The student should record (tick marks 3) the subject for which he/she wants to appear. Subjects cannot
be changed. The student will not allowed to appeared without hall ticket / identity card.
06. After receiving your examination form and fee, University will allot you Examination Centre and you
will get your hall ticket from your study center or you can download it from university’s website
http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac.
07. Result will be declared on website, if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request
for “verification of marks” by sending application form and necessary fees DD for verification within
15 days of declaration of examination result. “Mark Verification Form” can be fill up online on
university’s website at http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. Fee for marks verification is Rs. 100/- per
course.
08. You should be present at least half an hour earlier at your exam. centre.
09. All the journals should be submitted to the study centre head upto 10th April 2014.
