Dear student,
The End Examination of Bachelor of Science (Medical Lab. Techniques) (B.Sc.(MLT) First,
Second and Third Year (Theory & Practical) will be held on examination centre. The time table in May
2015 declared soon.
01. This examination form is for “Repeater Student only’’. Fresh student of B.Sc. (MLT) need not have
to fill examination form. Examination fees for Repeater students Rs. 350/- per theory paper and
Rs. 450/- per practical paper & workbook + Rs. 100/- for marksheet and postage charges.
02. All the repeater student should attach an attested xerox copy of mark sheet along with the
examination form, otherwise your form will not be accepted.
03. As there is a separate passing for theory and practical exam, student who has failed in practical examination
should only need to appear for practical examination. You will get your hall ticket from your study center.
05. Payment of fees : Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank
of India or Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank only. Challans are available at any
study centre. Submission of Exam. form May 2015 as per following time table :

After last date of submission of examination form to Regional Office, Study Centres paid Rs. 200/- per day.
06. The student should record (tick marks 3) the subject for which he/she wants to appear. The student
should choose the subjects carefully. Subjects cannot be changed at any movement and the student will
not allowed to appeared without hall ticket / identity card.
07. After receiving your examination form and fee the university will allot your examination centre and you
will get your hall ticket from your study center or you can download it from university’s website
http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac.
08. Result will be declared on website, if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request for
“verification of marks” by sending application form and necessary fees DD for verification within 15 days
of declaration of examination result. Prescribed “Mark Verification Form” can be fill up online on university’s
website at http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. The fee for marks verification is Rs. 100/- for each course.
09. You should be present at least half an hour before examination time.
10. All the journals should be submitted to the study centre head upto 10th April 2015.
