Dear Student,
The End Examination of B.B.A. Part – I, II and III will be held in May 2015. Time table declared on
YCMOU portal.
01. Examination Fees : Rs. 200/- Theory & Practical per course in addition to Rs. 100/- for the mark
sheet for every part exam. Exam. fee should be paid by bank challan of Bank of Maharashtra, Central
Bank of India or Bank of India at any branch.
02. While filling Examination Form student should record (tick marks √ ) the subject for which he/she wants
to appear.
03. Examination form along with xerox marksheet and Bank Challan should submitted to study centre.

After last date of submission of examination form to Regional Office, Study Centres paid Rs. 200/- per day.
04. After receiving your Examination Form, university will allot examination centre and Hall Ticket will be
sent to study centre. You should collect your Hall Ticket from your study centre or you can download you
hall ticket from universities website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac.
05. You should be in touch of your examination centre for seating arrangement.
06. You should be present at least half an hour before the examination time.
07. The Student must bring his/her Hall Ticket and Identity Card / Identity Proof and produce the same when
demanded during the examination sessions.
08. The student should not keep any books, papers or other copying material for copying, during the examination. If student is caught, coping during examination or during the Central Assessment Programme a
Legal action will be taken on him/her.
09. Result will be declared on university's website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. After declaration of
result, you can apply for “verification of marks” within 15 days. Online form should fillup on university
website. The fee for Marks Verification is Rs. 100/- for each Course.
10. If student/examinee has used any unfair means; An action will be taken against the student/examinee as
per the provisions of 1998 Maharashtra act no 31 and provisions under it.
