Study center should conduct Mock Test before online examination.

After that as per the presentation please install the OES software and conduct the MOCK

Study centers should fill the Repeater Exam Form on website only.
Payment of the Repeater Students (16 digits RRN) will be accepted
through online mode only.
Hard copy of Repeater Exam Form send to the University will not be
accepted.

II. Offline Examination Form for Repeater Students - University
not allotted 16 digits PRN ‘Y’, and ‘N’ PRN Series Students

The student (having N PRN) whose registration period is over will not be
allowed for the exam. The student / study center should not be send their
repeater form.
Repeater Exam Form for those Students who have NOT REGISTERED on
http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac web portal and University has not allotted 16
digits PRN (Please check 16 digit PRN at Study Centre before filling the exam form)
(This form is applicable for ‘Y’ and ‘N’ PRN series students only)

Allotting 16 Digit PRN to old students having ‘Y’ and ‘N’ Series PRN
(For those study center submitted for ‘N’ and ‘Y’PRN Series Repeater Exam form
and Admission form to Examination Section, Unit 2 upto dtd. 18-4-2016)
Study center has to send bio data of 3 Practical & Theory Examiners directly to
Director, School of Computer Science, YCMOU, Nashik. Computer School Send
Examiner Name to Study Center.

Practical slips & Home Assignments
Home Assignments and Practical Slips of respective courses will be send by School of
Computer Science via E-mail to the Study centers on their registered Email Ids.

Study center should download the Hall Ticket of students appearing for Examination
on Exam Centre.
Check your respective students Hall Tickets in DU portal. If any problem occurred
related to Hall Ticket. Please send mail before 14th May 2016 to

Practical’s Examination & Home Assignments

Study center should conduct the Practical Examination / make sure that students will
solve the Home Assignments.
It is mandatory for study centers to upload marks of Practicals, Home Assignments
within given dates.
Marks uploaded after given date will not be considered as valid marks.

Those study center require Username and Password for uploading internal marks, pl.

Uploading of Internal Marks
1. Study Center use CA MARK USERNAME & PASSWORD for uploading CA
Marks.
2. Study Centers should upload the marks of Assignments and Practical
Examination immediately after practical examination.
3. Study center should upload College Assessment (CA) marks using Exam Hall
Ticket Seat Number

Online theory End Examination
 Login ID and password of each candidate is his/ her PRN
 As this exam is truly online, Internet connection is needed on each computer.
 Conduct online theory examination in the presence of External Supervisor.
 Study Center should plan the online exam schedule within given dates.
 Coordinator should instruct the students to click on END EXAM button
after completion of the End Examination.
 Study Centers should print two copies of “Provisional Mark Sheet”
generated after end of examination (One copy to be issued to students and
one copy to be preserved by Study Center).
 Study Center should also preserve soft copy of the Provisional Mark Sheet.
 Study Center must upload practical/assignment marks within due dates.
