MBA (Gen. & PPM) (P09 & P95) May 2016 Class Improvement Examination
The Students who passed in all subjects and project but not get required marks for degree or
necessary class only such student can fill this Class Improvement exam form.
Fresh or Fail student are not allowed to submit this Class Improvement form.
1. Eligibility: The student must apply before the award of degree and convocation ceremony, within the
first registration period from the date of admission. Re-registered students are not eligible for this.
2. Student has to appear for minimum 1/4 of the total courses of first and second year subjects. eg:
Minimum 5 Subject and Maximum all subjects.
3. Maximum 3 attempts are allowed. If the registration period is over before that then the student is not
eligible.
4. Higher marks will be considered from all the attempts for the award of the degree.
5. Students are hereby strictly advised to tick mark the specialised courses for which they have
registered. Changes in this regards will not be considered and the result of students making any
changes in subjects will not be declared.
6. Examination fees Rs. 1000/- per course for which student desires to appear.
7. Payment of fees - Fees should be paid by D.D.made from only Nationalize bank. On account of ‘The
Finance officer, Y.C.M.O.U., Nashik’.
8. Submission of Examination form Class Improvement From, D.D. & Zerox of Marksheets is submitted
or send to : Deputy Registrar, Examination Unit 2, Examination Deptt., Yashwantrao Chavan
Maharashtra Open University, Dnyangangotri, At.Post. Goverdhan, Near Gangapur Dam,
Nashik 422 222. (1 Zerox copy of this papers & dd is preserve for reference.)
9. Last Date of Submission the Exam From before 8th March 2016. After last date received form not to be
accepted.
10. You may carry your personal simple calculator (not scientific calculator) to the examination hall for all
the courses and also use your set of log tables for answering the exam paper CP1004, viz. Quantitative
analysis for managerial application.
11. After receiving the examination forms, university will allot the examination centre to you and a hall
ticket will be sent to study center. You should collect your hall tickets from your study center or you can
download hall tickets from university website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac
12. The student will not be allowed to appear the examination without submitting the exam fees & form.
13. Result will be declared on university’s website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac After declaration you
can apply for Verification of Marks - The Online application should be submitted within 15 days from
declaration of result on University website only.
8. You should carry your Identity card/ Receipt of the fees paid/ Hallticket/ Challan with you at the
time of the examination and produce them whenever required. Otherwise the student will not be
allowed to appear for the examination.

10. Exam unfair means related 1982 act of Maharashtra Government Clause No. 31 provisions are
applicable.
11. Mobile Phones are not allowed in Examination Blocks.
