Percent means out of 100.
Example: 63% means something happens 63 times out of 100.
Percents are changed to Decimals by moving the decimal point.
Move the decimal point 2 places to the left to change from
Percents to Decimals.
Decimals are changed to Percents by moving the decimal point.
Move the decimal point 2 places to the right to change from
Decimals to Percents.

Divide the Fraction to get a Decimal.
Move the decimal 2 places to the right.
Method #2
Multiply the Bottom by a number that will give you 100.
Multiply the Top by the same number.
The new top number will be the Percent
