COMBATANT STATUS REVIEW TRIBUNAL SUMMARY
Convening Authority Rear Adm. James M. McGarrah reviewed the records of 87
detainee tribunals over the last week (10-19 Jan. 2005). McGarrah approved the decisions of the
tribunals, determining that 86 of the detainees are classified as enemy combatants, and one was
determined to no longer be an enemy combatant.
