Chief Editor: Mr. Bily October 19, 2015
Issue 10
Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
A gentle reminder: This week students will attend a half day on Thursday, and there will be no student attendance on Friday due to scheduled Parent/Teacher conferences. Thursday night conferences
will be held from 5-8 p.m. In classroom news, I want to remind you that there will be a Document Based
Assessment (DBA) covering the closing of the Civil War on Wednesday. Students should have read Chapters 16 and 17 in order to develop an adequate background knowledge necessary for the assessment. If
you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me using the information at the bottom of
the page.
Yours in education,
Mr. Bily
