Attendance: Mandatory
Class participation: You must be ready to discuss the assignments in class.
Exams: Except for the philosophy exam, you may use notes, books, PowerPoint and calculators,
but not help from another person.
WebCT quizzes must be completed during the allotted time. It is your responsibility to check.
Academic misconduct: Cheating on an exam or plagiarism will result in a Zero for that
assignment and possible proceedings for dismissal from Western Illinois University.

A scientific calculator capable of two variable statistics is required (TI 36X is recommended) it is
your responsibility to to know how to use your own calculator. (Read the instruction manual)
