Continuing Education | Kirkwood Community College Hazardous Materials Technician Level Emergency and Disaster Response Refresher This course is the annual refresher course for the Technician Level Emergency and Disaster Response to Chemical Release 24 hour course. The course addresses the annual refresher requirements for operations and technician level emergency responses, 29 CFR 1910.120(q) (6)(ii) and (iii). There will be coverage on initial action planning, level appropriate PPE will be donned, and decontamination lines will be set-up and operated.
