To ensure you are admitted in a timely manner, submit your application documents 6-8 weeks prior to the start of the term. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. After Admission Kirkwood will send an official letter of acceptance along with the I-20 Welcome Packet. Once this packet is received, make an appointment at the U.S. Embassy and take the I-20 and financial statement to the visa interview to obtain the F-1 visa.
