Canning 101 Series
The discovering pasta classic series is a three-part
exploration of classic pasta dishes. The courses cover
from-scratch preparations of sauces and pairings of
both handmade and dried pastas. The focus of each
class is to encourage an understanding the history,
flavor components, and preparation techniques of
entire dishes. In addition to recipes, the classes

Making your own bacon at home is simple and delicious alternative to store-bought bacon. This class
will teach you everything from purchasing and preparing
the pork belly, to creating a custom blend of spices and

Grind Your Own Burger Blend
Making a great burger starts with the perfect
burger blend. From brisket to short ribs to chuck,
we'll discuss different cuts of meat and what those
cuts add to the mix. Afterwards, we will grind up those
different cuts and blend them together to create your

will each take home approximately five pounds of their
