OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (AOP)
The budget flat funds the Lawton Undergraduate Minority Retention Grant and the

The Lawton Grant allocation will reflect the first year when the allocation methodology
will mirror program eligibility (three-year rolling average of Wisconsin resident
undergraduates from eligible populations who are registered full-time). Last year was the
final year of a three-year conversion from the previous allocation methodology (threeyear rolling average of Wisconsin and Minnesota undergraduates from eligible
populations who are registered for at least six credits).
