The INGOA Foundation Scholarship application for academic year 20142015 is now available. 2. The INGOA Foundation is able to provide these scholarships through contributions from members of the Iowa National Guard Officer’s Association (INGOA), proceeds from the State Sponsored Life Insurance program (SSLI), and from others who contribute to this program. The scholarships are to assist outstanding Soldiers and Airmen with other costs of attendance in the completion of their Bachelor’s degrees to increase the professionalism, competence, and quality of the Iowa National Guard. 3. Ten scholarships in the amount $750.00 each will be awarded. 4. Applicants are limited to current members of the Iowa National Guard in good standing with their units and with the colleges or universities the member is attending. The status of those selected will be verified with the Iowa National Guard and the college or university. 5. Deadline for scholarship submissions is the close of business at 5:00 p.m. (1700) on Monday, December 15, 2014. Executive Director 6.
