Score reports will be downloadable and available for only one (1) calendar year from the score report date. Please print and save a copy of your score report for your own permanent records. Go to www.ets.org/praxis and click on the link “My Praxis Account” Create an ETS account or Sign-In (remember your username & password) When prompted, search for your Praxis I test. Select “Wisconsin” in the first menu, and select “WISCONSIN DEPT OF PUBLIC INST” in the second menu. When prompted, search and select your test center, test date, & test time. It is recommended that you search for a test location by “Zip Code.” When prompted, tell ETS where you’re currently going to school (UW-Stout). It is recommended that you search for UW-Stout by “Location.” The list will be in alphabetical order, and UW-Stout will be named “UNIV WISCONSIN STOUT.” When prompted, tell ETS where you want your scores sent (UW-Stout). Pay for your test(s) online using a credit/debit card. Other payment options are also available.
