 GUIDE TO INTERPRETING THE COOPERATIVE EDUCATION EMPLOYER EVALUATION Student’s direct supervisor will receive evaluation via e-­‐mail 5 days before due date. Supervisor will complete evaluation via on-­‐line survey. Upon completion, student will be notified via e-­‐mail. Schedule a time to discuss evaluation results. Use scale to interpret individual ratings on the 17 basic competencies listed below.
