How to Submit Final Grading using Self Service
From the Home page of Stout's website go to the "Logins" tab at the top of the
page to get to Access Stout. Then, Select "Access Stout" in the "Personal
Accounts" category.

Be sure to change term to the correct term.

Select “View All” at the bottom of the grade roster. Here is an example of
a SPCOM 100 grade roster.

theTranscript Note tab!

Choose each student’s grade using the drop down menu in the “Roster
Grade” column

Student’s Grade
Note: If you are in the middle of grade roster and need to stop, please
select the save button on the bottom of the roster.
When you’re done grading and only when you’re done, please change
the Approval Status to ‘Ready For Review” and click on the save button.

will no longer be able to change
the grades using the online
roster!
