Deadline Dates for Cohort Special Arrangement Programs,
and Program Suspensions/Terminations
Once a proposal for a new cohort special arrangement program or a program
suspension/termination is approved by the academic unit, it is submitted to the Faculty Graduate
Studies Committee (FGSC) and then the Senate Graduate Studies Committee (SGSC) for
approval. After SGSC the proposal is submitted to the Senate Committee on University Priorities
(SCUP) and Senate for either approval or information. The proposal may also be submitted to the
Board of Governors (BOG) for the approval of fees. The material deadlines and meeting
