Students are responsible for knowing/meeting all program requirements. Program related questions should be directed to Faculty Advisor or Program Director. Special Note: All transfer students must meet with their faculty advisor or the program director by the end of their first semester in the ECE program. Bring all transcripts from other schools and transcript evaluation done at UW-Stout. Transfer students must meet the minimum grade requirements as set forth by the ECE program for every course. If you took a class at another college and received a grade lower than the program requirements, the course must be repeated. Course Substitutions: Protect yourself. Please do NOT make assumptions about one course substituting for another. There is an official process for processing course substitutions. See your faculty advisor. Complete all paperwork for substitutions promptly; otherwise the degree audits will be inaccurate. Benchmark Requirements: Benchmark I, II and III must be met prior to Graduation. Information on these Benchmarks can be found on the School of Education Website (www.uwstout.edu/soe). First Aid Requirement: Demonstrate proficiency in American Red Cross First Aid procedures, either by verifying current certification with their adviser, or by satisfactory completion of HLTH-340 ARC Standard First Aid and Personal Safety.
