Coffee Club: Coffee Club will be held on Wednesday July 10th from 11:30AM - 1:00PM . Please be sure that you call us at 768.2641 to register no later than Wednesday July 3rd. We’ll be making crafts. At the Wednesday August 14th Coffee Club we will be playing Family Feud. Please register by Wednesday August 7th. I hope that you’ll join us!

Dog Walking at the Herkimer County Humane Society: Join us on Thursday , July 18th at
12:30PM and also on Thursday, August 29th at 12:30PM to carpool to the Herkimer County Humane Society. Once there we’ll go visit with the cats and kittens then the staff will bring us a couple of dogs who would enjoy a nice walk along the canal trail. We’ll enjoy a walk (rain or shine) and then on the way home we’ll probably stop for a little treat. Please plan to meet us at our office, 502

Beat the Heat with our In House Movies: Join us on Friday July 5th and Friday August 23rd from 1:00 - 3:30PM for a movie! Come inside, get out of the heat and enjoy some time with friends.
We’ll watch Mirror Mirror with Julia Roberts in July. In August we’ll enjoy Big Daddy with Adam
Sandler. Please register at least a few days before the movie dates.
Utica Zoo: Tuesday, July 23rd we’ll meet at The Utica Zoo at 5:00PM.
Bring money if you’d like to buy dinner there. We’ll enjoy all that the Zoo has to offer from 5:00 - 7:00PM. Please register by Tuesday, July 16th.

“ Making Friends...Changing Lives”
The Social, Emotional & Cognitive Impact of Bullying on Youth: Friday July 19th from
9:00AM - 4:00PM at the Radisson Hotel in Utica. This workshop will help participants understand the dynamics of bullying; learn appropriate ways to support victims; and explore helpful intervention strategies in the home, school and community. Participants will examine characteristics of bullies and victims, identify both subtle and overt “red flag” behaviors; and explore options for intervening with bullies. We have 4 spaces set aside for Compeer parents and youth volunteers. Please call 315.768.2641 to register.
Summer Fun: On Tuesday, July 30th we’ll meet at our office at 10:00AM and then head to Boonville’s Erwin Park for the day. If you’d like to swim or wade, be sure to bring a swimsuit and towel. We’ll have a picnic lunch of hot dogs, chips and fruit. Please be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
