[25] 2 Consider critically the options open to a judge when a statute appears to be imprecise or contradictory. [25] 3 ‘There is far too much delegated legislation and too little known about it.’ Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of delegated legislation, and consider to what extent you would agree with this statement.
