PROJECT WORKS
1. Successfully completed the project work as part of B.Sc Forestry Programme and
submitted dessertation on the work entitled “Variation in fruit dimensional parameters
of Terminalia chebula in Sirsi and Siddapur area.”
2. Completed M.Sc. dessertation work on the title “Vapour phase Ammonia bending
studies in Silver oak and Mango wood.”

TRAININGS UNDERGONE
 Undergone the RFWEP (Rural Forestry Work Experience Programme) during December
2005 – March 2006.
 Participated in the weapon training from 15 – 19th February 2006 held at 24, Karnataka
battalion NCC, Dharwad.
 Undergone the range training about the Joint Forest management, Plantation activity, and
Soil and water conservation measures, Seedling rising in forest nurseries, Avenue
planting, Logging etc. in Karnataka Forest Department.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
 Served as a volunteer in the Elephant census held during 5 – 7th May 2006 at Dandeli wildlife
division of Karnataka.
 Served as a volunteer in the estimation of tigers, large carnivores, ungulates along with habitat
status evaluation held during 21 – 25th and 27th January 2006 in Dandeli wildlife division of
Karnataka.
 Served as a NSS Volunteer in the college of forestry from 2002 – 2006.
EXPERIENCE
 Served as “Contract Teacher” in the department of Forest Products and
Utilization, College of Forestry Sirsi for one year from January 2009 to April
2013
 Served as a member of organizing committee and participated in the National
Consultative Workshop on Holistic strategies for Conservation of Biological
Diversity and Livelihood organized by College of Forestry, Sirsi, UAS Dharwad,
during May 22nd & 23rd – 2009.
 Served as a rapporteur for the technical session on People and Conservation
during the National Consultative Workshop on Holistic strategies for
Conservation of Biological Diversity and Livelihood organized by College of
Forestry, Sirsi, UAS Dharwad, in the month of May 2009.
 Served as a member of organizing committee and participated in the Consultative
Workshop on Creating Awareness on Climate Change for High School Students
in view of World Environment Day organized by The Karnataka Institute for Law
and Parlimentary Reform, Bangalore, College of Forestry, Sirsi, UAS Dharwad
and Centre for Environment Education, Goa during June 2009.
