The colors apply to markings made with ribbon, tags, stakes, paint or any other medium. Red Property boundaries, corners and associated monuments. Cruise plots. Since both of these functions are used by internal, technical personnel, the individual markings are distinguishable enough to differentiate the two activities. Yellow Timber sale leave trees and cutting unit boundaries where marked trees are intended to be left Blue Timber sale take trees and cutting unit boundaries where marked trees are intended to be removed. White Cultural site identification, FSM 2361.21(9), ID #8. Pink and "Stripes" Transportation Facilities [predominantly pink, or pink striped with other colores. Silver and/or Black & White Stripe Stand Examinations Lime-Glo Use for other individual, point-identification of projects, such as stock tanks. Identify the project on ribbon with magic marker. Use color for linear projects, such as fences, water lines, etc., avoiding conflict with other possible projects in the area that may occur within the life of the marking.
