Provide an explanation or justification for how this course fulfills the distributional requirement.
B.
Attach a syllabus for the course.
C.
Consult with the appropriate Division of Arts and Sciences or Department(s) (see listing above). Solicit a vote of the faculty of the relevant unit concerning this request by contacting the Chair of that unit. The Chair has
10 business days to conduct this vote after it has been solicited. If the majority of the faculty members vote to approve this request, the Chair of the unit must provide the numerical results of the vote in a memo to the applicant. Those who voted against the proposal will be invited to express their concerns in writing or in person to the Committee on Curriculum. If a majority of the faculty members vote not to approve the distributional fulfillment, the proposal will not be considered by the Committee on Curriculum.
