6732 - ACCIDENT NOTIFICATION, REPORTING, AND REVIEW
6732.1 - Notification - Action by Staff Officer or District Ranger:
Regardless of time or day, immediately telephone one of the following personnel in the order
shown, in accident cases requiring prompt notification.

the Forest Safety Officer in addition to the R.O. contacts. The Forest Supervisor will assign the
investigator or team when responsibility for investigation is assigned at the Forest level.
