2761 - FOREST SERVICE WITHDRAWALS
2761.04- Responsibilities. The Director or Deputy Director of Recreation, Lands,
and Mineral Resources is delegated authority to sign reports and correspondence
with the Bureau of Land Management or other Federal agencies relating to
withdrawals for National Forest System lands and interests in lands. In the
absence of the Director and Deputy Director of Recreation, Lands, and Mineral
Resources, authority is delegated to the Acting Director.
