CHAPTER 60 - EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
63 - COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS. Thirty days after resolution of an EEO complaint
the case will be followed up on by advocate selected by the complainant at the
onset of the complaint. If the concurrent opinion of the complainant and the
advocate is that the resolution was ineffective, the advocate will contact the
EEO officer to resume EEO proceedings.
