Annually, by January 15, Forest Supervisors and Regional Office Staff Directors shall submit
current organizational charts to the Director of Human Resources.
1225 - APPROVAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
1225.04 - Responsibility
1225.04e – Regional Foresters, Station Directors, Area Director, and Institute
Director
Forest Supervisors and Regional Office Staff Directors may approve all organizational changes
within their units except those requiring approval of the Chief.
1225.22 - Proposed Organization Charts
2. Regions, Stations, and Area. Units requesting organization changes shall present the
following for new positions or changes requiring the Chief's approval:
a. Proposed organization chart;
b. Role statement;
c. Position description(s) involved; and
d. Proposal rationale.
