PART 11 – CLAIMS FOR REIMBURSEMENT
1-11.6 – Administrative Approvals
The traveler’s immediate supervisor will approve travel vouchers. In the absence of the
immediate supervisor, the District Ranger, Team Leader, Administrative Officer, or Budget &
Finance Officer can approve the travel voucher.
Travel requiring post-approval shall be submitted to Budget and Finance with a Request for
Travel authorization, a statement describing the circumstances necessitating post-approval, and
the unapproved travel voucher. The travel voucher and post-approved authorization must be
signed by the Forest Supervisor, Administrative Officer, or Budget and Finance Officer.
