CHAPTER 20 – INCOMING MAIL OPERATIONS
24.2 – Routing
Ensure mail delivery to responsible teams and program units.
1. Route all correspondence received in the Regional Office mailroom using exhibit 01.
Exhibit 02 lists the organizational units and abbreviations for the Northern Region, Regional
Office teams and program units.
2. Route correspondence with dual file codes to both program units (for example,
1100/6600). When a Route To Code is entered on the line under the file code, route
correspondence to that program unit or team. When there is a code in parentheses on the subject
line of electronic mail, route correspondence to that program.
