‘Deltadyne’ Differential Pressure Devices Differential Test Unit - 0309 Pall Machinery & Equipment TOTAL CLEANLINESS CONTROL PIH 0309c ‘Deltadyne’ Differential Pressure Devices Differential Test Unit - 0309 Introduction To optimise element service life and economy, ‘Pall’ ‘Deltadyne’ differential pressure devices should be checked if doubt exists as to their operation to signal filter element clogging condition. The Pall Deltadyne differential pressure device testing unit is suitable for testing all ‘Deltadyne’ visual indicators and electrical switches. The unit is supplied complete with an integral electrical circuit and suitable leads for checking the operation of both normally open and closed connections of switches. Full operating and service instructions are included. The unit is made of corrosion resistant materials and is light and easy to handle. To test a Pall Deltadyne differential pressure device, simply remove the blanking plug from the tester and replace with the device to be tested, ensuring it is tightened to avoid leaks. For visual indicators, slowly screw in the tester’s piston to increase pressure until the device operates and registers the pressure signal setting on the gauge. For electrical switches, install the device similarly, connect the appropriate lead and the green light will illuminate when the test button is pressed. As the tester piston is adjusted to increase pressure, the switch will operate, extinguishing the green light and illuminating the red light, verifying correct operation of the switch. The gauge again registers the signal setting of the switch. Ordering Model Part No. HH0309- 20TESTER Specifications Materials: Anodised aluminium alloy body, cover and piston.
