MSRB Gateway
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”) is currently developing MSRB Gateway, a single
secure access point for all MSRB applications and information. MSRB Gateway will be implemented in
phases over the next calendar year.
Through MSRB Gateway, your firm will be able to quickly and easily complete the following regulatory
tasks.
Coming Soon
Use MSRB Gateway to:

Manage profiles and rights for all user accounts accessing MSRB systems from your organization
– eventually including RTRS Web accounts and G-40 contacts;
¾
Designate additional account managers to assist with managing profiles and rights for users
accessing MSRB systems;
¾
Access systems where you can submit Official Statements (“OS”), Advanced Refunding
Documents (“ARD”), and related forms;
¾
Designate agents to submit OS and ARD documents on your firm’s behalf through the MSRB’s
new EMMA system.
Future Features
Over the next calendar year, you will also be able to:

Submit required regulatory forms such as a new streamlined Form RTRS and Form G-40;
¾
Access currently available reports and new reports;

And more!
The MSRB plans to launch the first phase of MSRB Gateway this fall and will provide updates in the near
