The provisional agenda is contained in chapter I above.
Item 2. Theme, sub-themes and preparatory process for UNCTAD–XIII

On 7 February 2011, at the Consultations of the President of the Board with
the extended Bureau of the Board and interested member States, it was agreed to
hold a two-day executive session of the Trade and Development Board in April with
a view to approving the theme and sub-themes for UNCTAD–XIII.
