I understand that I need to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to enrolling and select Western Illinois University and Spoon River College as my schools of attendance. • I have read information regarding the Linkages program at Western Illinois University and Spoon River College. I understand that by signing this agreement below I am authorizing Western Illinois University and Spoon River College to share all of my student record information, including but not limited to application materials, high school transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, financial aid information, student judicial records, housing information, degree audit reports, and college transcripts. ∙ Your information will be stored within the guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and will be a part of your academic record. Your participation in the Linkages Program is completely voluntary. You will be able to withdraw from the program at any time; however, your Linkages Program information will be retained if you choose to withdraw.
