To provide participants with the time and
opportunity to:

Gain knowledge of the content of A level
Further Mathematics
Gain a deep understanding of the topics in
AS level Further Mathematics and beyond
Explore links within mathematics
Develop confidence and skills to teach
A level Further Mathematics effectively
This is a free course for teachers who wish to develop their subject knowledge and
skills in teaching the pure mathematics components of AS Further Mathematics. It
is designed for A level Mathematics teachers who have recently started to teach
Further Mathematics, or who wish to teach this subject.
Please note that this course is open to teachers from state-funded schools and
colleges in London only.
The course includes:
Four face to face study days, four twilight sessions, six online sessions

This course is free to teachers from state funded schools in London.
Course fees and online sessions funded by the London Schools Excellence Fund.
Cover costs are not included.
