SCA Timber’s local head office in Hong Kong has now been operating for several
years already. During this time we have seen how the interest for high quality
­Nordic pine and spruce has been growing year by year in China as well as in other
parts of South East Asia. More and more wood users understand the advantages
of using Nordic timber:

SCA Timber’s team in Asia is also constantly growing. Our aim is to provide our

SCA Timber is one of Europe’s biggest
manufacturers of sawn timber with five
large sawmills located in the northern part
of Sweden. In addition, SCA Hong Kong
also represents the brands Gallo, Martinsons and Holmen in China.

Standard Length:
2.4 m – 5.4 m
Moisture content:
8% - 18%.
Grade:
The standard grades are US (unsorted, I-IV), V , VI and SF (I-VI). There are also
a number of customized grades.
Customization:
Special sizes and special grading to fit specific customer’s needs are regularly
being developed.
