CollegeleadershipconEnuestobeheavilyengagedwithSUNYregardingthedevelopment ofopEonsandopportuniEesrelatedtofiscalaffairs.Forinstance,allSUNYunitsare requiredtoreportbytheendofSeptemberon18metricsassociatedwiththeir contribuEonstoSUNYExcels—theSUNYsystemstrategicplan.BobFrenchisleadingthe efforttoputtogetherour"PerformanceImprovementPlan"asSUNYhaslabeledthis effort.
