Question 1: Will UCCS allow the presentation of viable financial structures (other than PPA)?
Answer 1: Yes, as long as it meets any Colorado Springs Utilities Criteria and University of
Colorado criteria.
Question 2: Can UCCS provide electrical 1-line distribution plans for review prior to bid
submission?
Answer 2: Yes, we will place the plans on the web site where the RFP is located.
Question 3: Can UCCS provide structural/roofing plans (identifying roof structures, parapet,
heights, etc.) for review prior to bid submission?
Answer 3: Yes, we will place the plans on the web site where the RFP is located.
Question 4: Can UCCS provide complete rate structure information for each individual meter?
Answer 4: Yes, we will identify the CSU rate type on the web site where the RFP is located and
you can look them up on the CSU web site.
Question 5: Can UCCS provide 1 year of actual utility bills for each individual meter?
Answer 5: Yes, we will place the bills on the web site where the RFP is located.
Question 6: Can UCCS provide the location of the “solar ready” conduit runs in the Lane Center
building?
Answer 6: The firm will need to meet with UCCS to tour the site to find the location of the
“solar ready” conduit runs.
