Re: 7 ½ Cragmoor Village Drive, Colorado Springs CO
ACI Job: 33043
Date of Inspection: February 17, 2014
This Renovation/Demolition Inspection and Sampling were conducted in general
accordance with the sampling protocols established by 40 CFR 763 and Regulation 8.
Our Inspection and Sampling activities began with a visual observation of the interior and
exterior of the building to identify homogeneous areas of suspect Asbestos Containing
Material (ACM). Refer to Diagram(s) associated with this Inspection.
A physical assessment of each homogeneous area of suspect ACM was conducted to
assess the general condition of the material and determine the friability of the material.
The bulk samples were submitted under proper Chain of Custody procedures to Crisp
Analytical, L.L.C. Dallas NVLAB Code 200349-0
