The Meeting of the Board of Regents was called to order at 4:00 p.m., Monday April 18, 2005 by
Chairman Fred Wulf.

TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE
Dr. Roland Smith, Vice-President for Business Affairs laid out Exhibits A through D which
showed changes to the tuition and fee schedule proposed for the coming academic year.
Exhibit A included new application fees for the early childhood and educator certification
program and adds an application fee to graduate-level programs not previously assessing
the fee. Exhibit A also included proposed changes to the student service fee, designated
tuition rate, and the concurrent enrollment fee.
Exhibit B showed proposed changes to the schedule of course fees.
Exhibit C summarized proposed changes to the schedule of laboratory fees.
Exhibit D showed revised room and board rates.
After his presentation the following motion was taken up by the board.

Upon motion of Regent Ertz seconded by Regent Pond, with all members voting aye, it was
ordered that:
The Board of Regents adopt changes to the tuition and fee schedule as were shown in
Exhibits A, B, C, and D effective with registration for the fall 2005 semester.

Upon motion of Regent Ertz seconded by Regent James, with all members voting aye, it was
ordered that:
The Board of Regents authorize the following fee schedule for establishing Repayment
Agreements:

In addition it was ordered that the interest rate on defaulted Repayment Agreements be
