The meeting was called to order at 11:10 a.m. by Chair Sissy Austin,

Upon motion of Regent Kelley, seconded by Regent Bagsby, with all members voting aye,
it was ordered the bid of $56,814 submitted by Cox Concrete of Nacogdoches, Texas for
curb cuts and ramps be accepted and that the President be authorized to sign the necessary
documents relevant to the completion of the project
Meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
