If you have questions about a product, or about your order, please call us at (866) 331NASP or (301) 657-0270 between 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Eastern time), M–F.
Individuals: May return products within 30 days for full credit, less any shipping and
handling. Please use the preprinted return label on the packing slip included with your
order. Return instructions are provided on the packing slip. Please send your package via
UPS or FedEx.
Resellers and Schools: NASP accepts returns from resellers within 180 days of
invoice. NASP written approval is required. Products must be undamaged and in
original shrink-wrap, if applicable. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Checks
Make checks or money orders payable to National Association of School
Psychologists. Please do not send cash or international money orders. Checks must be
in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
Pricing Policy
Bulk Orders: A quantity discount will be applied to most orders for seven or more of
any one NASP title, shipped to one address.
Member Price: Available only to NASP members with payment by personal check or
credit card. Member discount is 20% off list price on most publications.
